The United States Securities and Exchange Commission has granted approval for the launch of SQN III, a public fund offering that will supplement the exisitng private SQN Alternativce Investment Funds, currently utilised by Summit to fund lease transactions and equity investments.The Fund is expected to break escrow in the next 30 days.
