Lynne Brookes:
A qualified Company Secretary and Corporate Treasurer, has extensive experience of funding, credit and risk management working from 1988 to the mid 1990's for Kleinwort Benson Limited. Previously, Lynne had worked in a variety of banking roles within the treasury markets, covering foreign exchange, options and general banking. In late 1996 she joined DVI Europe as UK Country Manager to set up the UK business, which grew to a leading position in UK healthcare financing.

St.John Brown:
Spent 5 years at Citicorp, followed by a spell with The Boston Consulting Group. He joined GE in 1986 and spent the next 9 years in Asia. In 1992 he joined Philips Medical Systems as General Manager for Asia, moving to the Netherlands in 1995. He held a number of senior jobs, ending up running the global Customer Service business and on the company's Management Committee. He returned to the UK in 2001 to run DVI's EMEA business.
